2025 Holiday Dinner

We are delighted to invite you to our traditional annual Holiday Gala Party. This cherished event will be held on December 13 at Club Giraud, located at 707 N. St. Mary’s St.

PROGRAM

·       Cocktails & Lively Conversation: Join us at 6:30 PM for drinks and engaging conversation among fellow members.

·       Dinner & Officer Induction: Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM, during which we will also hold the induction ceremony for our 2026 officers.

MENU

Appetizer:

Sautéed Crispy Shrimp topped with Garlic Caper topping, on a bed of Acini de Pepe tossed with Tomato, Basil, Garlic, & Oil

Salad:

Bibb & Watercress Salad with Orange Segments, Raspberries, & Walnuts Tossed with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

Combination Entrée:

Grilled Norwegian Salmon w/Tequila Cilantro Beurre Blanc, Roasted New Potatoes w/ Rosemary butter &Fresh Haricots Verts

And Charbroiled Medallion of Tenderloin topped w/ wild Mushroom Compote Dauphine Potatoes, Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert

Almond crunch Taco filled with Chocolate Frangelico Mousse Served on a bed of Raspberry, Mango, & Chocolate Sauces

French rolls and Cheese straws

The price for dinner is $72.50 per person, which includes gratuity and taxes.
